The role of Audiology Patient Advisor is to introduce the company's hearing services to existing customers that have recently used OutsideClinic for their optical needs.

HOURS: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5:30 PM. LOCATION: Old Town, Swindon Head Office

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contact patients who have expressed an interest in booking a hearing test.
  • Understand and communicate information on the products and services offered by OutsideClinic.
  • Identify booking opportunities and leads.
  • Inform patients of our postal repair service if required.
  • Acting as a filter for quality lead generation; discussing the current difficulties with the patients hearing, advising what will happen during the hearing test, and informing patients of the cost of a hearing aid.
  • Contact patients after their NHS fitting appointment. Follow up on how they found the experience, how they're finding the hearing aid and if any further assistance is necessary.
  • Contact patients who have reached the end of their NHS pathway to inquire if they require a further hearing test.
  • Being proactive with contacts to ensure we are first in mind when they are looking for assistance with their hearing care needs.

ABOUT YOU

This role will suit someone with strong communication and customer services skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to achieve high standards at all times and be able to use initiative and creativity. You'll have strong problems skills and be committed to OutsideClinic's belief of 'always do what is right for the patient'.
