Here’s everything you need to know about this Audiology Business Development Manager opportunity covering the South of England and Wales.

This brand-new role is a fresh alternative to typical hearing aid audiology positions - perfect for audiologist looking for a new challenge out of the test room, you’ll lead business development for an independent hearing care business (giving you the professional autonomy to excel in the role).

  • Basic salary of £42,000 –£47,000, with exceptional bonus potential of up to 30% of your salary (paid quarterly)
  • Achievable total package of £54,600 - £61,100
  • Working as part of a hearing care manufacturing brand, with a primary focus on the NHS
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work – perfect for professionals seeking autonomy and flexibility
  • Enjoy a company car, fuel card, credit card, 26 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays), a flexible holiday scheme, enhanced life assurance, and a SIPP Pension Scheme with 4–10% matching
  • This is a field-based role that’ll see you'll be covering business development in south England (primarily London) – spend 4 days on the road and enjoy a day working from home (or at HQ)
  • Greater professional freedom – a truly unique role where you’ll manage your own diary, set your own appointments, and achieve monthly targets (opportunity to work independently while driving results)
  • Have a real impact in the hearing care industry by building meaningful relationships with colleagues and patients, ensuring an outstanding service that matches a premium hearing care product range

It’s an ideal role for a commercially driven hearing aid audiologist with at least a year's experience, who’s ready to step out of the test room and embrace a dynamic, on-the-road career (driving license required)
