The position offers a negotiable base salary up to 65,000 (experience dependent), along with a lucrative bonus scheme annually in addition to your salary.

The practice has a strong clinical focus, regularly handling Private MECS appointments, Glaucoma Refinement, and Post-Cataract care, with plans for further enhanced services in the future.

Key Duties

• Available to work 3-5 days per week , with some weekend work required
• Practice hours : 9am-6pm
• Flexible testing times of 25 minutes , pre screens completed
• Comfortable to supervise pre-reg Optometrists
• Take a hands-on approach and be keen to get involved and build rapport with the rest of the team
• Have a real passion in providing strong levels of customer care and professional excellence

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
