About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Optometrist (newly qualified or experienced) to join a well-established practice with two high street locations. With modern facilities, relaxed working conditions, and a patient-first approach, this role is ideal for someone who values quality care over sales targets.

Key Details:

• Locations: Two branches with free off-street parking.
• Facilities:
• 2 testing rooms at each location.
• OCT, trial frames, and upcoming phoropter upgrades.
• Pre-screening conducted by Optical Assistants.
• Patient Base: 70-80% NHS patients, predominantly aged 40-70.
• Test Times: 30 minutes per patient.
• Schedule: Flexible hours, including Saturdays (ideally 3 weekends per month).

• Salary:
• Newly Qualified: £45,000
• Experienced: Up to £58,000 depending on experience
