Key Duties

• Working hours are with general practice opening times 09:00-18:00 with options to available to work full or part time three to five days
• No Sundays required and whilst Saturdays are an important day for our client there may be room to negotiate some regular Saturdays off
• Must be confident to dispense at all levels with experience in working with luxury eye wear desirable
• Provide insightful frame and lens selection in addition to taking facial measurements
• Provide frame adjustments and explain lens coatings
• Be an enthusiastic team player with a keen eye for fashion
• Always have enough time to ensure patients receive a personalised service
• Become part of a friendly team of optical professionals

Package and Benefits

• Very competitive negotiable salary dependent on experience expected up to c.38,000 if GOC registered and DOE. Applications from experienced Optical Assistants are also welcomed but salaries are likely to be lower in region of 28,000-32,000 TBC further at interview

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• 2 years minimum experience required working as an Otical Assistant / Dispenser with ability to dispense at all levels or qualified / soon to qualify DO registered with the GOC
• Must have right to work in the UK
