Specsavers in Honiton is looking for a new optometry partner to lead the colleagues within the store on the next stage of the businesses journey. With a robust customer base nurtured over many years, the store has become a staple in the local community. In the past five years, it has relocated on Honitons main high street, enhancing its presence and accessibility.

The store spans two levels, featuring 5 examination rooms, a vibrant retail area known for its great ambiance, there is also a generous space on the first floor for staff to relax in. Additionally, it boasts a suite of offices, providing a conducive environment for directors, managers, and the administrative team to support the front-end staff in delivering exceptional service.

Requirements of the role
Alongside being a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist, you'll need to share the stores ethos. Theyre looking for someone who wants to grow and develop the team, offer exceptional customer care and improve patient outcomes. you'll be a practitioner who prides themselves on their clinical judgment, isn't afraid of a hands-on approach, and someone who is keen to get involved and build a rapport with their team. In summary, you'll be a highly skilled Optometry professional willing and able to help drive the practice forward.
