Salary: up to40,000 per annum DOE

Situated in a vibrant open-air shopping centre, our store boasts two state-of-the-art testing rooms and a well-established, experienced team. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring each customer has an outstanding experience.
- Work closely with Optometrists to guarantee a seamless handover and consistent quality of care.
- Manage aftersales service, including handling complaints and problem-solving with a customer-focused approach.
- Participate in achieving individual and team sales targets through effective professional sales techniques.
- Oversee staff management and store operations, becoming the go-to person for any issues that arise.
