- Attractive Earnings: A base salary of 25,000 FTE, plus commission5% per wax removal and 15 per successful referral.
- Rota: This is a full time position working 5 days per weekacross THCP partners. Locations to include; Twickenham, Crystal Palace, Welling, Purley and two other partners to be confirmed.
-Work Life Balance: This role is Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm leaving your weekends free!
- Career Growth: Full wax removal training with a BSA-recognized qualification, and ongoing development.
About the Role:
As a Wax Removal Clinician, you'll deliver excellent ear care, working alongside skilled Audiologists to ensure every patient enjoys a personalized, comfortable experience. From conducting microsuction procedures to supporting practice growth, this role is all about making a positive impact.
Your Responsibilities:
- Clinical Excellence: Perform ear wax removal using microsuction (training provided), conduct hearing screenings, and refer patients as needed.
- Operational Impact: Collaborate with optical teams, promote our services, and assist in expanding our audiology offerings.
What Youll Need:
- A valid UK drivers license and the ability to travel between locations.
- GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science (grade C or higher).
- Eligibility to work in the UK, and availability for the specified days.
