As an Area Manager, you will lead and support multiple branches, driving performance and profitability. Youll guide Branch Managers to create customer-focused environments, while ensuring consistent delivery of our top-tier services.

Support Branch Managers to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Develop teams by identifying training needs and personal growth opportunities.

Lead business innovation meetings to implement growth strategies across branches.

Monitor performance using KPIs to ensure branch profitability and progress.

Leadership experience in optical retail (essential).

Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive business growth.

Excellent communication & leadership Skills.

Passion for customer satisfaction.
