Key Duties

• Tailor your service to meet each patient's specific needs, offering both sight tests and dispensing as required, with generous one-hour appointment slots. Utilize state-of-the-art portable testing equipment and an intuitive digital records system created by Optometrists for Optometrists.
• Choose to work full-time or part-time, with a minimum of three days a week, and enjoy a schedule free of weekend commitments. Clinic hours are from 9am to 5:30pm, though you should be prepared to travel within a 50-mile radius, starting from home no earlier than 7:45am and returning by 6:30pm at the latest.
• Use advanced portable testing equipment, including fundus cameras and a digital records system designed by Optometrists. Be passionate about providing quality patient care in their home setting, communicate effectively, and experience true satisfaction in your work!

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• GOC Registered as an Optometrist
• Tier 2 visas may be available if you do not currently have right to work in the UK
• Full driving license (2 years ideal)
