Inspired Selections was established in 2001 and is based in South Birmingham/Solihull border. We are specialists within the Optical & Audiology recruitment sector and are dedicated to finding quality professionals. Due to a high-volume of business, we are searching for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our established recruitment team.

The successful candidate will manage an optical desk and support a range of practices in their region with their recruitment needs. Our clients will require candidates from entry level, through to senior professional so you must be adaptable in your approach.

If successfully appointed, you will also be responsible for a 360 recruitment role:

” Managing client bookings, vacancies, and expectations across allocated areas
” Building and retaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
” Candidate generation i.e. using sourcing techniques to generate candidates for live vacancies

” Salary £28,000 – £34,000 D.O.E
