Role Description

This is a full-time role, including 3 out of 4 Saturdays (no Sundays or Bank Holidays) as a Dispensing Optician/Retail Manager located in Henley-On-Thames.

The role involves:

• Dispensing high quality products
• Managing eyewear stock and liaising with reps
• Ensuring processes are correctly followed
• Monitoring KPIs
• Monitoring and increasing Google reviews
• Responsible for providing exceptional customer service
• Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and frame styling

Qualifications

• Qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC
• Background in independent practice
• Some management experience
• Excellent knowledge of eyecare products and lens dispensing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, organise stock and prioritise tasks efficiently
