Are you a Dispensing Optician who feels slightly limited in your ability to offer patients the full spectrum of care, products and services within the optical sector?

If so, Major Healthcare are supporting a high-end designer independent practice based in Chelmsford who are looking to employ a new Dispensing Optician on a full or part time basis.

As an independent Opticians they have a real appetite for providing great customer service and are passionate about positively representing the unique benefits patients have when visiting an independent opticians.

They’ve been providing fabulous eyecare to residents in Chelmsford, Essex, and the surrounding villages for over 30 years. They continue to be committed to the highest standards of clinical eye care we’re they see many patients who’ve been referred by the NHS, Hospitals, and Private Clinics in the area.

•  They promote their team to work in a relaxed environment, they have 2 spacious test rooms within the beautifully modern and sophisticated practice
   
• Weekend flexibility is possible with alternate Saturdays, they also close Sundays, Bank Holidays and over Christmas, attempting to offer team members a better work life balance
   
• Your day-to-day work will be varied allowing you to become more involved in practice development and marketing, with the ability attending conferences, courses and trade fairs to keep knowledge fresh and up to date
   
• They have a very low staff turnover which reflects perfectly on the way they care and look after their staff and team members The team are closely involved in the local community, running regular awareness events and presentations
   
• Patient needs are their number 1 goal, and the Director is a highly experienced Optical professional who continues to work full time within the practice

Details and requirements

• Opening Hours: Monday – Saturday (09:00am - 17:30pm)
• Weekend flexibly offering alternate Saturdays Closed Sundays, Bank Holidays and over Christmas
• Full or part time positions (3 days a week minimum)
• Eligibility to work in the UK and GOC Registered
