Part time Practice Receptionist - Hearing Care, 18.75 hours a week ( no weekends required ) – Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

A part time receptionist is required for a well-established, independent Hearing Care practice based within the Cheltenham area, this is a job share, they are looking for 2 people to cover the following;

Monday, Tuesday and alternate Wednesdays

Or

Thursday, Friday and alternate Wednesdays

The practice prides itself on offering a very professional service to their patients, so are looking for candidates who are well motivated, keen team players, have excellent customer service skills and flexible.   They are happy to consider candidates who have worked in any of the healthcare sectors and feel they have the relevant experience.    Main responsibilities: "             Taking calls, greeting clients, booking appointments, actioning repairs and general diary management. "             Monitor appointments, ensuring that all client forms are completed before they arrive to the clinic. "             Deliver excellent front line customer service to clients and suppliers.
