Title: Customer Care Advisor
Hours: 40 hours per week, Full Time
Location: Glasgow City Centre – Office based
Salary: £23,795
Following their recent acquisition, The Harley Medical Group and sk:n clinics are now part of the same Group that owns Optical Express and ACES, two of the leading ophthalmology providers, dedicated to giving both private and NHS patients world class levels of service and clinical care. We are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Advisor to join sk:n, based in our call centre within St Vincent Street.

Each day will vary however the core components of your role will include:
- Engaging with existing or potential customers/patients
- Acting as first point of contact for internal and external customers
- Handling customer enquiries quickly and efficiently
- Booking consultations, sight tests and post-operative appointments
- Maintain and develop product knowledge and customer service skills
- Accurate maintenance of patient records
Essential skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to deal with customers over the telephone in a confident and professional manner
- A willingness to learn
- Excellent rapport building and communication skills with the ability to overcome objections
