Key Duties

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Clinic Lead to join a fully independent practice. The successful candidate will have a high degree of professional freedom, with only limited home visits required.

Working part time two to three days per week on a mid-week only basis, you will work from 9am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on service delivery and will play a key role in helping us to develop our business.

To be considered for this role, you must be HCPC registered, and have confidence in developing strong internal and external client relationships. You should also be a proactive person who is committed to helping us to develop our business, and be able to work autonomously.

In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive base salary of up to 45,000 full time equivalent, plus on target earnings through generous commission scheme.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Must have right to work in the UK
• HCPC registered as a Hearing Aid Dispenser or eligible to register
• Driving licence required with access to own vehicle is much preferred
• Must be wax removal accredited
