Dispensing Optician Manager needed in Greater Bournemouth area!

This well-established independent group are seeking a Qualified Practice Manager on a full-time basis, within the Greater Bournemouth area. They are looking to pay upwards of £36,000 per annum with a very achievable monthly bonus.
Leading on average team of 3-4 within single clinic testing 5 days a week you will be looking to deliver second to none customer service with a practice which has a loyal and varied patient base.

Responsibilities of the Qualified Practice Manager

Your day-to-day roles will include dispensing to all levels, pre-screen, contact lens teach.
You will also be responsible for the overall running of the practice alongside the directors, this includes all back-office duties, KPI management and people management.

Requirements of the Qualified Practice Manager

Must be GOC registered
Must be a team player
Ideally the ideal Qualified Practice Manager should have independent experience and understand the importance of quality customer service and patient care, always ensuring they are going above and beyond for their patients and leading your team from the front.

Compensation for the Qualified Practice Manager

For your efforts a competitive salary of upwards of £35,000/£36,000+ monthly bonus is on offer as well as GOC fees paid, a very appealing pension scheme, 4 weeks holiday increasing by 1 per year to 5 weeks + bank holidays.

Store hours:
Mon – Fri – 09:00- 17:30 with 1 hour lunch
Sat- 09:00-16:30
No Sunday working or bank holidays
