Location: Southport

Full time position- 40 Hours per week, Includes weekend working.

Starting salary up to 30,000

Experience level: Optics experience not required however previous management experience within a busy retail environment is required to deliver first class service and business performance.

While optical experience is not essential you will need a track record of leading and supporting a team of people (10 plus) in your current/previous role.

With a solid knowledge of what an excellent store looks like - youll manage day-to-day operations, ensure financial & performance goals are met, develop commercial opportunities and support with the recruitment & induction of new staff members.
