Experience level: Experienced Optical Assistant or currently studying Dispensing course

About The Role

Specsavers in Fox Valley opened just over 4 years ago and have had substantial growth since, so are looking to grow their team further with the addition of a Trainee Dispensing Optician. Whether you are on the Dispensing course or an experienced Optical Assistant looking to grow into the Optics world.

You will be working with other Dispensing Opticians andthe Optometrists to ensure that each customer you dispense receives a consistent quality handover, as well as manage aftersales service, including problem solving in a customer service focused can do manner.

The team are very close here at Fox Valley and love to celebrate events such as Eid, Birthdays and tend to have meals out and team bonding events. The leadership team love to support you in your development, meaning there are plenty of opportunities for progression.

Specsavers Fox Valley is located on a Retail Park, it's best to drive to the store as public transport is unreliable. There is free parking a short distance from the store.
