Location: Godalming, Surrey

Working hours: Full Time - 40 hours (to include weekend working)

Salary: Up to 30k, dependent on experience and optical qualification

Experience level: Previous experience in optics is essential for this role

This position would be perfect for someone who is currently working in optics, and looking to take their next step in their career and develop their management skills. Youll need to be approachable and supportive but also persuasive and convincing. On top of this, youll need strong commercial acumen and an organised approach. If youre as passionate about what you do as we are, youll soon be on the road to even bigger and better things.

Our store is in a beautiful, listed building, in the quaint village of Godalming. Youll be tasked with managing store operations, providing the highest level of customer care and ensuring financial goals are met (or exceeded!); which may mean developing commercial opportunities through PR and marketing. Were seeking an individual with a passion for leading and motivating a team ensuring they always feel enthused and free to make suggestions - whilst being the force driving our stores progress, setting standards, and always maintaining our core store values.
