As a Dispensing Optician Manager at Specsavers Basingstoke, youll bring the energy to motivate and encourage the wider team, ensuring our high standards are always maintained.

Leadership skills are crucial. This means leading by example and inspiring others to strive for excellence, providing the best possible customer care.

You will manage the day-to-day operations, influence KPIs and store performance, ensure financial & performance goals are met, develop commercial opportunities and support with the recruitment & induction of new staff members.
