Optometrist

Inspired Selections are seeking a dedicated Optometrist to join this high-end independent practice, with the ability to work across two locations: 3 days in Eastbourne and 2 days in Haywards Heath. This is a full-time position, with some flexibility to consider a Monday to Friday schedule or alternative Saturday shifts. Salary up to £60,000+ bonuses!

-Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including pre-screening when necessary.
-Provide clinical care with a strong commercial awareness.
-Assist front-of-house staff during busy periods to ensure smooth clinic operations.

-Open to newly qualified Optometrists or those with up to 3 years of experience.

-Proficient in conducting 40-minute eye tests using a phoropter and maintaining computer-based records.

-Experience with OCT is required.

-Competitive salary range of £50,000- £60,000- adjusted based on experience.
-33 days of annual leave, including bank holidays.
-Monthly bonus of 10% on second pair sales, shared between you and front-of-house staff.
-One complimentary pair of glasses per year, plus a 50% discount for friends and family.
-A relocation budget of up to £3k, paid in equal instalments over the first year if relocation is necessary. Please note that this will not be fully paid if you leave within the first year.
