Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Be the friendly face that greets and assists customers, booking appointments and guiding them to the perfect frame.
Sales Excellence: Dispense spectacles and drive sales with your expertise and outstanding customer service.
Clinical Support: Conduct initial clinical tests and provide valuable advice on contact lens care.
Reception and Merchandising: Manage reception duties and contribute to the store’s visual appeal.

Experience: Minimum of 12 months working within an optics environment is essential.

Expertise: Ability to dispense spectacles to all levels and perform pre-screening tests.
Customer Focus: A friendly, outgoing personality that puts customers at ease and a commitment to going the extra mile.

Flexible Working
Weekend Flexibility: While weekend work is required, there is flexibility in scheduling, with the need to work either Saturday or Sunday.
