Key Responsibilities:

• Dispensing Eyewear: Assist patients in selecting eyewear that suits their needs, ensuring accurate measurements and fittings.
• Patient Consultation: Provide expert advice on lens selection, coatings, and frames, taking into consideration the patient's lifestyle and visual requirements.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, building rapport with patients to ensure a positive experience.
• Order Management: Place and track orders for eyewear and lenses, maintaining accurate records.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our optometrists and reception staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and advancements in eyewear technology.

Qualifications:

• Newly qualified Dispensing Optician with relevant certifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
• Customer-focused with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule:

The position requires a commitment of 5 days a week, including Saturdays. Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to varying schedules are essential.
