NEW VACANCY: Join a well established independent practice that is looking for a part time Optical Assistant to join their friendly practice for 3-4 days in Greenfield Bedford.

This is a new exciting opportunity to enter a successfully run practice in Greenfield as a part time Optical Assistant. The role will ideally be 3-4 days a week.

Successful applicants will become part of a hard working optical professionals who always work with patient care at the forefront of everything they do.

The practice has developed a superb reputation within the area, and they're looking for an enthusiastic individual who will contribute to this reputation!

The practice is modern and always fitted with the most up to date equipment. Their main priority is offering exceptional patient care, and career progression for all staff

Key Duties

• The usual working hours are 9:00-17:30
• 3-4 days a week including alternate Saturday
• Become part of a friendly team of optical professionals
• Maintain the practices excellent reputation by always offering exceptional patient care
• Work with high end frames and lenses
• Must be confident and able to assist patients with styling and any optical quires

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK
• Previous experience in Optics will be advantage
• Hold full UK drivers license and have access to private transport would be ideal
