I am working with this fabulous practice based in the heart of Wiltshire. They are seeking Qualified Dispensing Optician on a full time basis.

*YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A QUALIFIED DISPENSING OPTICIAN AND POSSESSION OF FULL GOC REGISTRATION.

Qualified Dispensing Optician

This is a full time opportunity for a Qualified Dispensing Optician to join this high end, modern practice with all the latest equipment. This practice has 3 locations and you will be working within the more modern and busiest practice in the group. This role will be replacing a current member of staff, who has been with the company for a number of years and is looking to retire at the end of this year. They are ideally looking for someone who has had some managerial experience, or who is wanting to progress into progression

Responsibilities of the Qualified Dispensing Optician

Your role will be to take on dispensing with emphasis on the continued growth and developing the business moving forward. You will be a peoples person and have a real keen interest on developing client relationships.A passion for optics is a given as well as customer service with a drive to meet the high expectations of the clients.

Requirements of the Qualified Dispensing Optician

You will need to be a Qualified Dispensing Optician as a minimum with the required CET points and a full clean GOC registration.

Ideally, you will have an understanding of KPIs and managing goals and targets. Finally, you must have the drive, passion and confidence in your own ability to work with the owners to really drive a practice forward.

Compensation for the Qualified Dispensing Optician

For this role my client is offering a competitive salary of up to £33,500 + generous weekly bonus. You will work 5 days out 6, the practice is open from Monday-Friday 9-5.30pm and Saturdays 9-5pm. With no Sundays or Bank Holidays! You will be entitled to 33 days holiday plus a store discount and many more benefits to discuss.
