I have a great opportunity for an Assistant Manager based in the Bath Area who is looking for more responsibilities!
Responsibilities for the Assistant Manager
” You will be leading from the front and dispensing to all levels as well as frame selection and styling for patients.
” You will be assisting the practice the manager in troubleshooting on the shop floor, rota management and organising KPIs
Requirements for the Assistant Manager
” You will have experience within management and you must have Optics experience
” You must be capable of dispensing to all levels
” You must have experience with pre screening patients as well as contact lens teaching
Compensation for the role
” A competitive starting salary of £30k per annum
” A great Team bonus of approx £1.2k per annum
