Dispensing Optician, Practice Manager Ringmer, full time, basic up to 40,000 depending on experience plus bonus

• This is a perfect position for a fully qualified Dispensing Optician who may be searching for opportunities in management with a practice that places utmost focus on patient care, longer than usual test times and a more relaxed patient centric practice environment
• You will also be working alongside an experienced team of qualified Optometrists, managers and other dispensing assistants who all work diligently and with real care for their much valued and loyal client following

Key Duties

• Full time position five days a week with a 37.5 hours contract provided
• Working hours are 9am - 530pm Monday to Saturday
• Dispensing and adjusting spectacles to current prescriptions at all levels with time provided to enable a high level of exceptional patient care at every appointment
• Guiding your team, ensuring they remain motivated and continue to excel within their defined roles, ensure a high degree of quality service is provided and subsequently reflected in ongoing practice performance
• Communicate to customers with care and honesty offering bespoke recommendations to best suit their clinical, styling and budget needs and maintaining customer satisfaction levels
