Seeking a full or part time Audiologist / RHAD to help maintain their stellar reputation and standards of service based in the Norwich area.

Job Summary

• This is an exciting multi-site clinic-based Audiologist / RHAD position based in the Norwich area with fully independent employer of choice with very realistic travel expectations and the benefit of there being no need to move equipment between sites

Key Duties

• Two to five days available from Monday to Friday, 8:45 - 5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break & no weekends allowing you to have a superb work life balance

• Must be able to conduct high quality hearing tests, fittings, dispensing & after care to a fully private customer base with superb levels of communication and attention to detail

• Substantial 70-minute test times with the option of taking further time for patients as required as well as opportunity to provide thorough after care

• You will work with & dispense trusted high end hearing aid brands to a much valued and already established fully private client base

• Manage your own diary to maximise the time you spend with patients, giving you the flexibility to offer exceptional patient care

Package and Benefits

• Generous basic salary between 35,000 - 48,000 FTE depending on experience including car allowance
• Holiday allowance 33 days including bank holidays
• A generous commissions structure providing the opportunity to earn 10% uncapped commission from your first sale with no threshold boosting your yearly earning potential up to 100,000
• HCPC fees paid plus statutory benefits

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Must be HCPC registered or soon eligible to register
• A clean drivers licence & own vehicle required, car allowance provided
• Private experience would be advantageous but also open to strong newly qualified applicants who have the confidence & social skills to dispense hearing aids to a fully private customer base
• Should be able to manage your own diary to maximise the amount of time and attention you are able to provide each patient
• Enthusiasm and a passion for guiding the patients through their journey in an empathetic and helpful manner while providing a thorough service down to after care
