Hospital Optometrist Opportunity in Bristol £65,000

This private hospital is looking to recruit an Optometrist to join them in their Bristol hub. THE ROLE:

An integral part of your day to day here will be carrying out assessments for a multi disciplinary team. Working alongside Consultants and Ophthalmologists. This will be in the form of pre and post op consultations assessing the suitability of the patients for treatment.

A brief outline:

• Carry out examinations that are associated with refractive, cataract, glaucoma and retinal surgeries
• Run acute and follow up clinics post-surgery for all patients
• Provide health advice and support to patients attending the hospital
• Provide first line clinical advice to patients and follow the appropriate means of referral to a medical practitioner if necessary

• GOC registered or ability to be
