Company

We’re an independent family of over 50 optician and audiologist practices across the UK, with our head office in Yorkshire. But more than that, we’re problem-solvers, collaborators and friends.

We exist because we want to provide a better standard of care. To do this we spend more time with clients to find out how their unique lifestyles can benefit from our help. This makes sure they get the result in the most patient, most empathetic, and, we believe, the best way possible.

It’s not just about raising the bar for our clients’ experience, but for our colleagues too. By working with us, you’re also finding another way to advance your career. A way that has technology and processes to match any global chain but keeps your focus firmly on our communities and the real people in them.

We’re looking for people who feel the same way to join us. Passionate optometrists, audiologists and practice team who want to advance their careers in an organisation that they’re proud to be a part of and will give them everything they need to be their best.
