We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shared Store Manager for our Keighley location. The store boasts a £3 million turnover, a dedicated team of 45 members, and hosts 5 clinics per day. This role is ideally suited for individuals who thrive in collaborative management environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of 45 members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss objectives, share updates, and address concerns.

Operational Excellence: Enhance store processes to optimize operational efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed the £3 million turnover target.

Customer Service Excellence: Ensure the maintenance of exceptional customer service standards.
Address customer feedback promptly and implement improvements as necessary.

Clinic Management: Coordinate and manage the scheduling and operations of the daily clinics.
Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.

Financial Management: Monitor and manage the store’s financial performance to meet or surpass targets. Implement cost-effective measures to enhance profitability.

Collaboration with Peers: Work collaboratively with fellow store managers in a shared role to ensure cohesive operations. Share insights and best practices to enhance overall store performance.

Training and Development: Develop training programs to elevate the skills and knowledge of team members. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a collaborative or shared management role.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with clinic operations and management is advantageous.
Financial acumen with experience in budget management.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
