Hours: Full time 37.5 - Including 1 weekend day

As a Call Centre Assistant, youll make sure every customer gets a great experience when they come into our store. The role involves optical administration, answering calls and transferring to the relevant person ensuring thebest customer service, minimal waiting times, optical experience is essential due to the level of queries you will have.

Well continue to develop and expand your knowledge of vision problems, eyecare and our products Youve already demonstrated that youre a natural when it comes to customer care, youre articulate, good with people with an organised approach and always happy to help, so youll fit right in as a valuable member of our friendly store team, joining a business thats going places.
