As a Recruitment Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in connecting marketing and talent acquisition to bring in the best and brightest to our organisation. Your strategic vision and marketing expertise will be the driving force behind our recruitment efforts.
This is a full time role, working Monday-Friday based in our Farnham Head Office 2 days per week, with the other 3 days working remotely.
Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to attract and engage top talent for both Leightons Opticians and The Hearing Care Partnership.
Channel Expertise: Utilise your knowledge of key marketing channels, including LinkedIn, social media, industry press, SEO, PPC, and more, to create a multi-channel marketing plan that places our opportunities in front of the most qualified candidates.
Job Advertising: Craft and optimise compelling job ads for various roles, including clinical positions within optical and audiology.
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and implement effective sourcing strategies to collaborate with our talent acquisition team in building a robust talent pipeline. Utilise job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events to connect with potential candidates.
Employer Branding: Leverage our unique Employer Brand and communicate our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through content and assets that resonate with prospective candidates.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content, including videos, to captivate candidates and drive increased engagement.
Metrics and Analytics: Set, track, and analyse recruitment SMART metrics to continuously improve marketing and recruitment effectiveness. Measure the success of your campaigns and strategies.
Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest recruitment and industry trends within audiology and optical sectors, using your insights to enhance our strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation, particularly with the People Team, hiring managers in our Professional and Clinical Services Teams, and senior leadership. Effective communication across the business is paramount to your success.
