Optical Store Manager

This Optical branch are looking for an experienced manager to join their growing and developing team. The chain of Opticians has been opened since the early 1900’s and has since grown to be one of the largest Optical and Audiology chains in the UK. So, you’ll be working with an experienced team.

Your role will be the main point of contact for the entire branch. This includes making sure that your colleagues have the full understanding the do their job, that they have no problems and they’re aware of how to maximise their ability. Alongside that you will be the main point of contact with the Area Manager who takes an active interest in making sure that you have the full training and understanding of how the branch should run in order to help maximise the results.

You will already have Optical experience as you’ll be required to help dispense, but your main function will be branch manager first and helping to dispense second. Previous experience with targets and KPI’s isn’t necessary, but it is ideal so that you can hit the ground running.

Ideally, you’ll be looking for a full time role too.
