Optical Assistant Position

o Domiciliary working in following postcodes, GU, KT, TW & UB
o You can have a company car or use your own with 30p pm
o Full time
o Monday to Friday only
o Working hours, generally your first appointment will be 09:30am and generally finish at 16:30pm
o Salary up to £30,000 dependent on experience
o Full dispensing experience required
o Working in care homes
o Fully computerised system in operation

Responsibilities of the Optical Assistant

This is a full-time position where you will be visiting care homes and institutions, helping customers with frame and lens options, dispensing spectacles. As this is a mobile role you will need a full clean license and be physically fit as you will be carrying any necessary equipment to each venue.

Requirements for the Optical Assistant

They are looking for a friendly people person who is able to dispense to all levels and have empathetic nature due to the client not being in a position to attend a high street practice.
This is a long term opportunity and the successful candidate will be have stability in a role for the future.

Compensation for the Optical Assistant

On offer is a competitive salary £25,000 – £30,000 and favourable working hours and No weekends / Bank Holidays.
