Salary: Up to 60,000 plus performance related bonus

Hours: Full time or Part time

Experience: You must be a GOC registered Optometrist with a minimum of 2 years experience

Specsavers in Rickmansworth underwent a complete store re-fit last year; were fully equipped with all the very best, state-of-the-art, medical grade testing equipment. We're looking for an Optometrist, with vision and purpose, to join Specsavers in Rickmansworth. Become part of something brilliant.

We run 2-3 clinics per day and allow for longer test times, this facilitates more conversations and rapport building with our loyal patients, giving Rickmansworth store more of an independent opticians vibe.

What youll be doing day to day

• Bringing your vibrant personality into the day to day running of the practice setting high standards to ensure everything runs professionally, upholding the highest possible standard of clinical care
• Building trusted, longstanding relationships not only with colleagues and customers but with healthcare professionals in the local community
• Listening to our customers providing the right, up to date information always
• Selecting the best products for each customer
• Undertaking Pre-Reg Supervision, ensuring our future Optometrists feel supported, nurtured, valued and trusted

• Basic salary 60,000 (depending on experience and ability to supervise Pre-Reg students)
