Assistant Manager/Supervisor

Location: Thornbury, Bristol

Salary: up to 26k depending on experience

Working hours: full time - 40 hours a week - weekend working essential

Experience level: Must have current optical experience.

Youll manage store operations, ensuring that customer care is nothing less than excellent and that financial goals are met. This may mean developing commercial opportunities through PR and marketing. An expert team leader who lives our values, youll make sure your people feel keen, enthused and free to make suggestions.

Youve got solid experience in the optical industry, so you know exactly what a superb store looks like. Youll work to this ideal, raising aspirations and standards; so, the whole team strives for excellence. Leadership skills are crucial. Youll need to be approachable and supportive but also persuasive and convincing. On top of this, youll need strong commercial acumen and an organised approach.
