My client is the owner of a highly-respected family focussed independent boutique practice, (part of a small group), in a prime location in the Oxford area.
Established for over 90 years, this practice is the go-to for a superior experience. They offer enhanced Eye Exams, such as the Optomap Retinal Scan & OCT 3D Eye Scan, and stock some of the best, and funkiest, frames from around the globe.

As an experienced Qualified Dispensing Optician why would you not want to work in this environment?
You will be quality driven and a consummate professional with the customer journey at the forefront of everything you do, but an eye for the commercial side of the business.

Responsibilities of the Qualified Dispensing Optician

You will be the face of the practice and coupled with your knowledge will be the driving force for taking the service on from its already high standards.
You will not be phased with the level of quality and service with average dispensing values upwards of £300-£400, with an average of four to five dispenses per day.

Requirements of the Qualified Dispensing Optician

The ideal candidate will be a consummate professional with an ‘easy to talk to’, warm and customer focussed approach to their role.
You will ideally have some experience in a similar environment but not essential as is more about your personality and commitment.

Compensation for the Qualified Dispensing Optician

In return, they are offering a competitive salary package of £30,000 – £35,000 plus overall package to compliment and with strong life style friendly working hours of 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week.
