Are you looking for a flexible role that will allow you to work half days, or part time, around school hours or other commitments? Would you like to use your clinical skills to make a difference to those that need eye care in their own homes?

Specsavers home visits have an exciting opportunity available for a forward-thinking Optometrist to join their growing team providing eye care to patients in Arbroath and surrounding areas.

With a focus on flexibility, we are open to full-time and part-time applicants and will consider any working pattern to suit you. So, whether you need condensed hours, early finishes or half days around school hours, were open to making it work. Did we also mention we dont work weekends!

What were looking for

Youll need to be a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist with the drive, passion and the willingness to build upon our customer-focused culture. As part of our team, youll need to be able to provide a unique blend of customer care and professional excellence. Youll need to demonstrate good attention to detail along with a passion for the community. Teamwork also forms a big part of our culture, so the ability to work well with others is essential.

A picture is worth a thousand words and whilst this is just a taste of the opportunity, the best way to see for yourself is with a shadow day. These are opportunities for you to meet with a fellow professional and observe their working day, speaking to them about the benefits (and challenges) a career in domiciliary can bring.
