Specsavers Bitterne directors are advocates of progression, paving routes towards management or Pathway (our in-house director training). You will join a great team and have an opporunity to work across four of their stores, for variety if you so wish. OurDispensing Opticians are an integral part of our store management team, so were keen to get you up to speed. With ILM courses, Pre-Reg supervision and the Specsavers Partnership scheme (Pathway) all available to explore. Along with your clinical and retail expertise this will stand you in good stead if you choose to become a store director yourself one day.

Specsavers in Bitterne have 3 fully equipped test rooms, all fitted with latest clinical technology meaning you have everything you need to work to the highest possible standards.
