Admin Assistant

Location: Epsom Hearcare

Hours: Full time - 40 hours - weekend work is essential

Salary:

  • 24,000 (depending on experience)
  • Plus a monthly bonus (after probation)

Were looking for someone to join our Hearcare team as an Administrator.

In this role you will be our customers first point of contact when they call in. Youll therefore need to be a natural when it comes to customer care articulate, good with people and always happy to help.

In addition to basic clerical work, you will be required to organise the audiologists workload, deal with customers and be able to search information on numerous databases. You will be required to book and reschedule appointments over the phone and face to face.

Main duties will include:

Answering calls from our Audiology stores
Booking appointments
Signposting customers to correct services
Confirming diaries
Managing diaries for the business (booking, rebooking, triaging appointments)
Answering emails, messages, text messages, Teams messages from patients and colleagues
Sending confirmations letters to patients
Opening post

Well also be looking for an organised approach, and a good standard of education in written English and Mathematic, and confidence with Microsoft Office.

Within this role youll also be required to complete and post orders, receive and check deliveries, and maintain Hearcare accessories and aids displays.
