Our forward-thinking store has 8 testing rooms, phoropters, OCT and we have recently had a store refit. Not only do we have all the equipment, but we offer competitive salaries, holidays, and bonus schemes.
Specsavers Kettering has been established for 30 years, with a fantastic customer base and 5 resident Optometrists. There is also the opportunity for multi site working within our sister stores Corby and Oakham.

Our directors have supported previous Optometrists through clinical and professional progression and will set up a personal plan to get you to where you want to be! This really is the store that has it all!

Salary up to 55k (depending on expereince)

Whatever your ambitions, from WOPEC qualifications and Independent Prescribing to Paediatric Accreditations and Enhanced Optical Services, well do everything we can to help you be the best clinician you can be.

Our Optometrists are the face of our professional practice and usually an integral part of our store management team, so were keen to get you up to speed outside the test room too. With ILM courses, pre-reg supervision and Specsavers Partnership Pathway available, we can guide you on your way to becoming a great leader. This along with your clinical expertise will stand you in good stead if you choose to become a store director yourself one day.
