Major Healthcare is working with a modern and clinically focused practice in Crawley who have a very lucrative Optometrist opportunity.
The practice requires a driven and talented induvial and are happy to meet with professionals interested in full or part time employment. The company is renowned for their tailored personal development plans to help colleagues excel in their career.

Key Advantages
- Basic salaries between £55,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)
- Extremely lucrative uncapped performance related bonus (OTE £10K a year) + benefits package
- 25-minute testing times with pre-screening completed by Optical Assistants
- Equipment: OCT, Auto-phoropter, Humphrey visual fields, Fundus camera, Slit Lamp, Trial frames & Computerised management system
- Running specialist services including - Glaucoma monitoring, MECS, Paediatric clinics, specialist contact lenses and Hearing care
- Very close knit experienced team by your side offering you a fantastic support network

Details and requirements
- Opening hours: Monday - Sunday (09:00am - 17:30pm)
- Full or part time position considered
- Eligibility to work in the UK and GOC Registered
Salary and benefits
- Up to £70,000 (depending on experience)
- Uncapped performance related bonus (OTE £10K a year)
- 25 days holiday + 8 BH (33 total)
