Full time only - 37.5 hours -(Saturday working is essential, but one weekend off a month)

Starting salary of 26,000 per annum, can be higher based on experience

Rota agreed at least 4 weeks in advance - perfect to help with work life balance

Experience level: Previous managerial experience is essential for this role, optical training is provided

With your optical experience and solid knowledge of what an excellent store looks like - youll manage day-to-day operations, ensure financial & performance goals are met, develop commercial opportunities and support with the recruitment & induction of new staff members.
