A well-known and established independent is seeking an optometrist for their practice based in Risca. Having been involved in optics for 100 years they have a great reputation in the area along with a very regular and loyal patient base. With numerous stores in the region, they have grown and expanded over the years and are always evolving and improving the way the business/ practices are run. Priding themselves on the service they offer to each patient along with creating an enjoyable and relaxed working environment for their employees.

The Position

We are seeking a confident and strong optometrist who can commit to a full-time position. Someone who has a friendly personality and will be able to work well with the team instore as well as build a strong rapport with each patient giving a thorough sight test and fulfilling experience. With some high end frames and brands it is a unique company/ practice with a slightly more affluent patient base. In a well-equipped store they are offering a salary up to £57,000 plus many other benefits and a good work life balance with a flexible rota on hand.

The Location

The ideal location for the optometrist to be based is in Risca or it’s surrounding areas with good travel links or a car.
