Contact Lens Administrator
Location: Wigan
Salary: 23K-25.5K depending on experience
Working hours: Full Time (To include one regular weekend day) Part time hours can be considered for an experienced candidate.
Experience level: Optical experience desirable, Administration experience essential
At Specsavers, our Contact Lens Admin are the support pillar of the Contact Lens Department.
The main aim of this role is to ensurethat all contact lens customers are assisted quickly and efficiently, helping to maintain a smooth customer journey.
In your role as an administrator, you will work closely with the wider team on a variety of administrative tasks. You will also assist customers over the telephone, via text and via email as well as communicating with suppliers and the wider organisation.
Your role is essential to uphold the efficient running of the clinic, all customer aftercare and to guarantee the best all-round customer experience.
Day to day tasks will include;
- Diary Management
- Deliveries
- Ordering
- Customer Enquries
- Direct Debit Sign-Ups
Youll need to be well-organised, approachable and great in a team, understanding the flexibility required to meet the changing needs of the store.
