A very exciting opportunity has become available for a Qualified Dispensing Optician on a full-time, permanent basis with a well-established, family-run independent group of opticians, with a great reputation for quality service.

” Sociable hours – 9am to 5pm, no bank holidays or Sundays
” Working alternate Saturdays
” Working between 2 practices within close proximity

This vacancy would be for an experienced Qualified Dispensing Optician to be working between 2 practices in North Bristol area.

They are a large group of Indepedent Opticians with over 20 practices in their portfolio. In each practice you will be joining a small, longstanding and friendlyteam, this Optician are patient led and aim to offer the best customer service possible.

Responsibilities of the Qualified Dispensing Optician

You will help drive the practice working within the team offering a high-end level of customer service, you will also be able to help train and support junior members of the team.
You will lead from the front showing best practices and building relationships with patients.
You will work towards targets and KPIs tailored to you and the team.
You will work with the practice owners to maintain the high levels of service they are renowned for as well as further grow the patronage through exceptional customer care.

Requirements of the Qualified Dispensing Optician

To apply for this position, you will need to be qualified on the GOC and up to date with CET points

Compensations for the Qualified Dispensing Optician

They are offering a strong basic salary of up to £28,000, DOE, with 28 days holidays, inc. BHs and a bonus scheme where you can enhance your OTE significantly.
