This leading client in South Manchester is looking for either a qualified or non-Qualified experienced Optical Practice Manager to join one of the UK’s largest optical groups. Optical Practice ManagerThis is a full-time opportunity with a practice where you will manage store operations, ensuring that customer care is nothing less than excellent. You’ll be comfortable leading a team of 40 and continue driving this already successful practice to the next level. This is an opportunity to work with an experienced management team who will do their upmost to develop you as an individual and enhance your existing managerial skill set. My client can guarantee additional courses with your career succession plan at the forefront. Ideally, the Director is looking for someone who is hungry to progress up the management ladder
Responsibilities of the Optical Practice ManagerYour efforts will help to ensure that the store runs successfully while providing customers with exceptional service. Much of your work will involve inspiring staff to perform at their best and meet the highest standards. Your efforts will help to drive the overall store sales as well as customer loyalty which will make you a key member of the team.
Requirements of the Optical Practice ManagerIt is essential that you have previous Optical Managerial experience and ideally have worked within a fast-paced environment. You’ll be an expert team leader that ensures your team feels enthused and free to make suggestions. Essentially you will have strong leadership skills but are equally approachable and supportive. On top of this, you’ll need strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of KPIs, managing goals and an organised approach.
