In Store Trainer Role / Independent Chain Newcastle, Up to £45,000

This company are rapidly expanding, they have 21 optical practices all over the UK with 15 of them in the North, with practices towards Edinburgh as well as towards London. This independent offers a comfortable environment to thrive and grow within. They pride themselves in their high quality and affordable eyecare providing an excellent patient journey to all their customers!

THE POSITION

This chain is looking for an in-store trainer to work across a couple of their practices in Newcastle. This role would involve setting up a variety of workshop/classroom type programs to educate and develop their staff. You'd be responsible for monitoring and nurturing the performance of staff and helping them develop. 

An ideal candidate would be based in Newcastle or surrounding areas!
